Pi-Lit’s Sequential Barricade Lamps creates a runway like approach light for lane closures leading into a work zone. The sequential flash pattern assist the driver to quickly and positively identify distances and direction of an upcoming lane closure. At 113 km/h (70 mph), drivers should not have to guess. Sequential flashing lamps are really “Follow Me” lamps that provide guidance to traffic navigating lane changes, delineators, equipment and personnel. Unlike static reflective cones that appear as a uniform wall of delineators, active sequentially-flashing lamps provide depth of field and dynamic guidance.
